Aspiring artists take centre stage
The response from the public has been phenomenal.
MODELS, dancers, singers, actors, musicians, fashion designers and filmmakers attended auditions for Mzansi Arts at Desroches Hotel, last Saturday.
Mzansi Arts is a platform that gives performing and visual artists the opportunity to perform for, meet and network with national and international scouts in a safe and controlled environment.
This allows the artists to be identified as being worthy of further investment and development by industry professionals, ranging from educational establishment representatives, radio and television decision makers, modelling agents, casting agents, record labels, managers, producers and other employers of the performing and visual arts.
Only the very best will be invited to perform at the Mzansi Arts Showcase taking place at the Playhouse Company in Durban from June 9 to 11.
