Moondeckers hold midwinter celebration in Ramsgate

CELEBRATE ‘Christmas in July’ while watching the wintery full moon rise over the silvery sea, at the next Ramsgate Conservancy Moondeckers evening.

It takes place on the lofty Ramsgate whaledeck, overlooking Ramsgate beach, this Sunday, July 9, from 5pm.

There will also be an interesting talk on alien plants and their substitutes and a chance to win a raffle. To accentuate the Christmas in July spirit, the organisers ask guests to bring a little something to donate to needy people.
