How to take the perfect selfie
With the right tips, you can turn a plain Jane selfie into Kardashian material.
IT DOESN’T really matter what you look like.
With the right tricks of the trade, even the plainest person can reach Kardashian heights. Here are some tips on how to make the most of what you’ve got: :
• Lighting – It’s good to be in a well lit room so your complexion is not over or under exposed and to also give your skin a slight glow.
If all else fails, there are actually ‘selfie lights’ that can be bought and attached to your phone above the camera.

• Angles – You’ll never know what your perfect angle is until you try them all out.

• Filters – Do not forget to add a suitable filter to your selfie to take an ordinary picture to extraordinary status. If you really want to spice it up, why not try a couple Snapchat filters? Or you can just go all natural and let your beauty do the talking.

• There is no limit – Take as many selfies as you need to. You don’t have to get it right the first time, and if you do, it’s just pure luck.

• Don’t try too hard – By this we mean don’t go so overboard with filters that you’re no longer recognisable.
• And finally, don’t do fake smiles and poses, let it just come naturally.
