Gang of four mark gates with plastic bags

Their modus operandi is to place the plastic/paper bags under the resident's gate by the wheel of the main gate.

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – Residents are notified that there are three young black females and one black male marking houses at night with plastic bags.

Their modus operandi is to place the plastic/paper bags under the resident’s gate by the wheel of the main gate. In the morning at 05:00, 06:00, 07:00 and 08:00 each one takes turns walking down the street where they have placed the bags to see what time the residents leave their houses to go to work.

Residents are urged not to throw the bags away as first instinct but to leave it by the gate. This confusing the suspects as to whether the wind blew it or the client moved it.
