Turffontein’s Christian Friendship Community

You are invited to join and socialise.

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – The Christian Friendship Community is a group of Christian friends from all races, ages and walks of life who are non-denominational as they prefer not to be divided by their differences, but rather to be united by their common humanity and faith in Christ.

This friendship group hosts support meetings every Tuesday nights at 19:00 at Full Gospel Church, 40 Alexandra Street, Turffontein to support people as a rehab centre.

The group draws its inspiration from the Bible and its principles, which help them guide each other as caring friends who believe in unity and support.

“We host weekly Friendship Groups, aimed at supporting recovering addicts, and we host annual adventure camps where we go to different places, camping out, making new friends and doing adventurous things; having fellowship around a campfire, sharing testimonies and encouraging one another,” said Founding member Eric Stoop.

The Christian group speaks at rehabs, schools, churches and just about anywhere where they see an opportunity to encourage and motivate others to embrace the life that God wants to give.

People will be welcomed to join the non-profit group for no fee. And those wishing to make donations to help the group grow are welcome to make small donations to FNB, Christian Friendship Community, account number: 6232 292 7164, branch: 252-045, Swift code: FIRNZAJJ or phone Eric Stoop: 076 901 0954 or Elwin Sivnarain: 071 459 1134.
