Mulbarton Primary School cleaned out

The principal and staff of Mulbarton Primary School are still reeling in shock after their school was cleaned out by thieves who broke into the school on Saturday evening August 2.

MULBARTON  – According to Lawrence Kistadoo, the school’s principal, D&D Tactical received a signal at 23:33 and sent out an armed response vehicle at 23:36. “Apparently they didn’t see anything suspicious so left the school,” said Kistadoo.

On Sunday morning Kistadoo received an few texts advising the school’s alarm system had been activated on Saturday evening and he phoned one of the grounds man at the school to check the school buildings.

“I was shocked when I learnt the school admin block had been broken into and I rushed through to the school,” said Kistadoo

When he arrived he discovered thieves had broken in through the roof to one of the offices in the admin block and then into all the other offices and staff room.

“They used an angle grinder to gain access to the strong room safe and then again to get into other safes in the strong room.  They are obviously professionals as they disconnected wires very neatly.

All our computers, laptops, data, projectors and video camera are gone. Our phone system has been damaged and the alarm and CCTV monitors. Everything has gone, all our administration programmes and data, it’s an absolute nightmare,” Kistadoo concluded.
