Off-price fashion store hits the South

32 Clothing imports reputable European and American brands in bulk and sells the items at a discounted rate.

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – 32 Clothing, an off-price retailer that sells quality imported clothing, was officially launched in the Southgate Mall on Thursday, August 6.

This is the fourth 32 Clothing store to open in South Africa and follows on the success of three other stores, one in the Johannesburg CBD, one in Westgate Mall and the other in the Pretoria CBD.

The stores are ideal for fashionistas who prefer items, brands and styles that are not worn by everyone or found in other popular retail outlets.

“Our store looks different to other stores. We actually consider ourselves to be Africa’s first off-price retailer. Shoppers can find quality and reputable brands at a constant discount of up to 80 percent compared to other retailers,” said founder and owner David Fine.

David explained that off-price is about promoting affordable clothing brands brought from overseas. He invites shoppers to pop into the store to see the fashionable brands available for men, women and children.

“We spend a lot of time doing research and travel around Europe and America to buy clothing, bags, shoes, watches and accessories that represent good value,” he said.

Celebrity fashion gurus, Crystal Kasper (@crystalkasper) and Palesa Mahlaba (@SimplyPalesa), attended the launch and applauded the store’s sense of style, fashion and the enormous fitting rooms which allow shoppers to walk around and see how they look with ease.
