Mambo’s encourages Gauteng residents to organise their homes

The retailer’s M.E.G.A. campaign promotes practical storage solutions ahead of its sale from October 23 to 25.

Mambo’s Storage & Home is encouraging Gauteng residents to improve the organisation of their homes through small, practical changes as part of its Make Everywhere Great Again (M.E.G.A.) campaign.

The campaign focuses on making everyday spaces more functional without requiring major renovations or significant spending.

Under the theme “Make Your Space Great Again”, the retailer is encouraging residents to identify areas in their homes that need attention, including kitchen cupboards, bathroom drawers, pantries, laundry areas and home offices.

Small changes can make a difference

Mambo’s recommends starting with one area and spending 10 minutes sorting through items, identifying what is needed and deciding how the remaining items can be stored more effectively.

The retailer also highlights the role of storage solutions in keeping household essentials accessible and organised.

Clear containers can help make pantry items easier to identify, while drawer organisers and storage boxes can help keep smaller items, linen and seasonal belongings in order.

The campaign focuses on practical organisation rather than achieving a picture-perfect home.

Focus on everyday spaces

The retailer has identified several areas where simple changes can improve functionality.

In kitchens, keeping frequently used ingredients accessible can make cooking and meal preparation easier. In bathrooms, grouping everyday essentials together can help maximise limited space.

Organising laundry supplies and keeping surfaces clear can improve the functionality of laundry areas, while categorising clothing and accessories can make bedrooms and cupboards easier to manage.

Home offices can also benefit from organised stationery, paperwork, cables and other frequently used items.

Mambo’s offers storage and organisation products, alongside kitchenware, cleaning supplies and other household essentials, to help consumers make better use of their available space.

M.E.G.A. sale dates announced

The campaign will lead into the Mambo’s M.E.G.A. sale, scheduled for October 23 to 25, 2026.

The retailer says the sale will feature deals across its product range. It has also indicated that further details will be announced about a car-related promotion linked to the campaign.

Residents are encouraged to identify areas in their homes they would like to improve and consider practical ways to make those spaces more functional.

The campaign’s message is that improving a home does not have to happen all at once and can begin with a single cupboard, drawer or workspace.
