MOFFATVIEW – SAPS’ Warrant Officer Kabinde and Contable Malatji recently arrested one person in Rosettenville for the possession of dagga.
The officers were on a crime prevention patrol when they spotted a black VW Golf with three unknown men inside.
The officers found dagga from one of the unknown men and arrested him for possession of dagga after searching them.
