Tshabalala gets 15-year sentence

Man sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for 2013 shooting.

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH: Tshepho Tshabalala (39) was sentenced to 15 years direct imprisonment by the Johannesburg Magistrate Court on November 4 for the November 2013 shooting and killing of Bhekithemba Ncanana (30) at the Tinti’s Restaurant and Bar in Comptonville.

Tshabalala handed himself over to Mondeor SAPS the day after the incident and the case was assigned to Warrant Officer Frederick Klaasen of the Mondeor Detectives Services for further investigation.

The Detective Branch Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Adriaan Haasbroek, would like to commend the investigating officer for his efforts throughout the investigation and welcomed the conviction.
