A BIKER sustained serious injuries when a vehicle collided with his motorcycle at the corner of Frank Street and Altham Road in Robertsham on Tuesday evening January 19.

Bystanders contacted ER24 and the local Community Police (CPF) for help.

Upon arrival ER24 paramedics found first aiders and an off duty medic attending to the man, aged 32, who was lying on the pavement.

Chitra Bodasing, ER24 spokesperson said, “Paramedics took over and treated the man who was in a serious condition. He was transported to hospital for further medical care.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown. The motorist was not found on scene.”
