The suspects were seen loading a television into a red Jetta, by sector two CPF patrollers, in Winchester Hills.

When the CPF members and JMPD officers approached, the suspects ran away, leaving their vehicle behind. Back-up was provided by Mondeor SAPS Tracing Unit, Joburg Flying Squad, SOS Protec Sure and K9 SAPS units. The suspects were apprehended in Columbine Avenue, Mondeor.

Teamwork is the key to fighting crime and Mondeor SAPS is appealing to the community to visit the Mondeor Police Station if they have had televisions, clothing and electric appliances stolen.
