Praying to his God in the veld

Praying in the veld to stay connected with God.

YOU will find him praying at the same spot, every day from early morning until noon.

Enoch Martin told COURIER that he prays in the veld at Stanton Street in Turffontein because that specific spot helps him to connect with the four archangels who are positioned in North, East, South and West direction.

He claimed that every archangel has its own blessing powers and he bows to the four of them when he prays every day. He prays for 10 minutes in each direction and he uses stones to symbolise his cardinal directions.

People think he is crazy because he is always alone when he has is his praying sermons.

On the other hand, he told COURIER about his amazing and supernatural sanctuary that he found on this piece of ground. “I can feel God when I am here and what’s important is that I feel peace and joy.

“Ever since I started praying here, the Lord has shown himself to me in a miraculous way. When am here I ask the Lord for his guidance as I come across different Goliaths in my life. My Goliaths can be my friends, job, neighbours and many challenges that I come across in my life,” said Enoch.

He says he doesn’t belong to any specific church but he is spiritual.
