AFTER getting an accolade for being the most improved learner in her school she is determined she will nail her final examinations come sitting time.
Oratile Mahashe (17) from Turffontein attends Kenilworth Secondary School. She dreams of becoming a teacher one day.
She is adamant that the path to her dream is to do well in her finals which begin on October 23. To prepare for the exam, she attends extra classes with her peers.
“My mother, teachers and friends have inspired me to keep going and stay focused at all times. The challenge this year was not having much of the study material, but that won’t stop me from passing my exams,” said Oratile.
