Generous contribution to golf day

AGAINST bad weather predictions, on November 2 SOJO held its fifth Annual Golf day at Glenvista Country Club.
The day turned out perfect and it was thoroughly enjoyed by the golfers and promoters. The event is hosted in association with Gold Reef City, and was in support of CANSA with emphasis on men’s health awareness.
A huge thank you to all the sponsors, Gold Reef City, ILCamino Restaurant, Highway Tyres, Kewl Brews and Branding, Paul James Hair Salon Mall of the South, Pick and Pay Liquor Store Mall of the South and Pick & Pay Liquor Store Panorama Shopping Centre.

Ten Hardware, Restonic Bedding, Robot Hardware, Sinzinani Spa, Thaba Eco Hotel,The water King, Awesome Confidence Coaching and The Spiced Girls, sponsored prizes to the value of about R53 000.
Each golfer received a baby pink golf shirt proudly sponsored by Gold Reef City. The top five winners were Word of Life Bellavista Church, Aspen Hills Home Owners Association, Tren Truck Accessories, Howden Africa and Gold Reef City Casino.

Brian Mitchell was the guest speaker who also auctioned some memorabilia for the charity. SOJO is delighted to be able to contribute a percentage of the net profits and auction income to the value of R15 000 to CANSA. Looking forward to a bigger and better fund-raiser next year, all in the spirit of giving.
