Information needed on a fatal accident in Aeroton

Booysens SAPS’ Warrant Office JJ Coetzee needs your assistance and information pertaining to a fatal accident that happened on December 28 at 6:40pm.
A JMPD officer attended an accident scene on the N1S Freeway and Randshow Road in Aeroton.
The officer, on his arrival, noticed a green Kawasaki motor bike on the side of the road. The driver sustained fatal injuries.
It was alleged that the deceased was driving in a southerly direction when he swerved on the road to miss a mattress that had blown off the back of a bakkie, which was in front of him.
The bakkie stopped and the occupants got out, picked up the mattress and fled the scene. The station is looking for the occupants of the bakkie.
