Preparations for pageant underway

Jimmy Ntuli, the organiser, said with a few weeks left before entries close, they are excited about the positivity the girls are showing.

The first media briefing for Miss Rosettenville 2021 Season 2.0 The Bigger was held recently at 22 Lawn Street, Rosettenville, by Active Youngins Foundation.

This was to introduce the first group of contestants officially on the #RoadtomissRosettenville2021.

Jimmy Ntuli, the organiser, said with a few weeks left before entries close, they are excited about the positivity the girls are showing.

“People are passionate about driving the message of stop gender-based violence, which is our theme this year.

“This year’s competition is bigger and better. We are calling all designers, brand owners, clothing lines to come on board,” he said.

Miss Rosettenville calls on all designers, make-up artists, young females from the ages of 15 to 35 to join the Active Youngins Foundation on championing stop gender-based violence campaigns.

“We will be doing roadshows at high schools in Region F to raise awareness. We are also calling all local business people to come on board to better the community. We are happy that we retained some of last year’s partners,” noted Jimmy.
