JSPCA to hold their annual AGM
The JSPCA will be holding their 119th AGM for its member at its facility at 5 Benray Road, Reuven, at 10:00 on July 20.
The meeting will also allow for members to be elected to serve on the board of directors for the JSPCA.
Various reports ranging from that of the chairperson and auditor for the last year will be received and discussed.
Business of the 119th Annual General Meeting:
1. Notice and constitution of the meeting.
2. To adopt the minutes of the 118th Annual General Meeting held on 29 July 2021 and to consider matters arising from those minutes.
3. To receive the chairperson’s review of the Society’s affairs for the past twelve months ended 31 March 2022.
4. To receive and consider the auditor’s report together with the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2022.
5. To nominate and elect no fewer than five, and not more than 10, members to the Board of Directors.
6. To appoint auditors to the Society for the ensuing year.
7. To consider any other business as may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
