Taxi rollover leaves six injured in Eikenhof

ER24 and other services arrived on the scene at noon to find a taxi on its roof on the side of the road. Several passengers were seated along the roadside.

Medics assessed the patients and found that a pregnant woman was in critical condition, while five others had sustained minor to moderate injuries.

The patients were treated and the critically injured woman was provided with an advanced life support intervention before all were transported to nearby hospitals for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
