Expect loads of fun and activities for both young and old on March 21.
New Redruth’s Alberton Sports and Fitness Club wants to get locals in shape while offering them much enjoyment.
On March 21, the gym will be hosting a human rights family fun day event from 07:30 to 16:00.
Those interested can expect plenty of enjoyment with a jam-packed programme offering body assessments, competitions, entertainment, face painting for kiddies and food stalls.
Health fanatics can also expect to participate in fun-filled activities including spinning, rebounding, CrossFit, step and rumble.
