Dance Fusion stars represent Africa in USA
Two young, ambitious and talented girls from Dance Fusion recently came back from USA after leaving the country on July 9, to represent Africa.
Sphesihle Mngomezulu and Lehakoe Mthembe of the Dance Fusion recently came back from the United States of America.
Through Talent Africa, the girls were selected to represent Africa and compete in America. The girls were out of the country from July 9 to 18.
Sphesihle competed in the International Performing Arts Championship and placed third for her modern solo and second for her hip-hop solo.
Lehakoe’s lyrical dancing earned her a third-place finish. She also took part in the International Prince & Princess pageant, where she participated. She won over the judges’ affection by winning the prizes for the best junior interview and the grand overall model.
The girls would like to thank their teachers, whose training made it all possible, as well as their friends and family, who have been nothing but supportive.
“Talent Africa and International Prince & Princess pageant, thank you for the opportunity,” Sphesihle and Lehakoe said.
