The overflow of water with ease as the sewer is unblocked.

Joburg Water (JW) and Johannesburg Road Agency (JRA) attended to a complaint of an open sewage tunnel at the corner of Rosina and Jackson roads, West Turffontein, on November 8.
This after numerous complaints were received. Residents complained about the neglect and filth.
The tunnel was seen to be hazardous. Residents say they have reported this numerous times, but nothing has happened.
Personnel from both entities came to inspect the situation and promised the residents to prioritise the matter. A truck came to unblock the sewer so that water can flow easily.
It is understood the process of closing will commence as soon as all the necessary arrangements have been made.
