Glenvista High recognised as a 2022 Top Feeder School

Principal Thabile Morgan said their goal is to produce first-rate learners.

Glenvista High School principal Dr Thabile Morgan and principals from other schools were invited to the Witwatersrand University (Wits) for a breakfast meeting.

The school was recognised as a 2022 Top Feeder School at the meeting.

Morgan said their goal is to produce first-rate learners.

“This kind of recognition from a prestigious institution like Wits is proof of that. I thank the entire Glenvista High School staff for their efforts,” Morgan said.

Morgan said the Education District held the National Teachers Awards a few days after the meeting.

These teachers were honoured: Morgan – first place in secondary school leadership, Amanda Ferreira – second place in secondary school teaching, Nthabiseng Mali – third place in secondary school teaching and Neo Thobane – third place in secondary school teaching.

“Myself and Ms Ferreira ran for provincial representation,” said Morgan.
