Help Kliprivier SAPS locate Thembelani Mhlabeni’s family

The Kliprivier SAPS requests help from the community in finding the family of Thembelani Mhlabeli.

According to Kliprivier SAPS, in the middle of the night on February 23, an elderly African man walked into the police station’s client service centre and claimed he was collecting medication at the hospital, but he did not know which hospital.

He told them he did not remember anything besides his name and surname.
