WATCH: South Hills retirement village seniors receive benches
The benches will come in handy because they can seat eight people.
The senior citizens housed at the Swinburn Retirement Village in South Hills received a donation of two benches.
Some of the seniors and staff at the home were visibly excited to receive the benches.
The City of Johannesburg Ward 57 Clr Faaeza Chame said at the bench handover, “We are forever humbled and grateful for our senior citizens. Thanks to our sponsors for continuing to make a difference in our community.”
