Promoting healthy living in Rosettenville
Rosettenville church hosts a successful Healthy Eating Expo and lunch, promoting disease prevention.
The Rosettenville Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church hosted a Healthy Eating Expo and lunch at the Rosettenville Mall on March 30.
The goal was to educate their members and the community about healthy eating and nutrition.
The expo focused on disease prevention, offering attendees a range of free health screenings, including blood pressure tests, glucose and cholesterol screening, general health checks, and HIV tests.

Nompumelelo Ndlovu, health ministries leader at the Rosettenville SDA, expressed her satisfaction with the health expo.
“Healthy eating, nutrition and looking after your body are important to live good lives. I am glad our church is educating and helping the community in this,” said Ndlovu.
Volunteer nurses from the community generously gave their time to provide these essential health services through the mobile clinic.

The event was a resounding success, with attendees benefiting from valuable health information and screenings.
By promoting healthy living and disease prevention, the Rosettenville SDA demonstrated its commitment to the well-being of its community.
