Crown Gardens Seniors Club celebrates Mother’s Day

Each day they meet everyone brings snacks and his or her cutlery.

Tables at Crown Gardens Recreation Centre hall were filled with delicious home-made food, snacks, dessert and drinks as Crown Gardens Seniors Club members celebrated Mother’s Day on May 7.

Great camaraderie filled the atmosphere as they shared their beautiful stories and laughter.

“Today is a celebration of Mother’s Day, and we will be sharing gifts that were organised by some of the members. The club has grown to 36 members, and we still want more. We are slowly getting back to pre-Covid numbers,” he said.
