Rosettenville SDA Church hosts health seminar

Healthy living takes root in Rosettenville through church initiative.

The Rosettenville Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church conducted a Health Seminar on September 5, aimed at promoting healthy living and encouraging community members to make informed choices about their wellbeing.

Pastor Stuart Banda, along with various church members, took part in the event, showcasing how to create different health remedies using natural ingredients.

The seminar highlighted the importance of healthy eating in fostering a lifestyle of wellness, with Faith Ndlovu, a member of the SDA Church, sharing insights on how nutritious food choices contribute to overall health.

“We need to eat whole foods that aid our body and mind. By showcasing how the benefits of good food can help people, we can help them,” said Ndlovu.
