Rosettenville SDA Church hosts health seminar
Healthy living takes root in Rosettenville through church initiative.
The Rosettenville Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church conducted a Health Seminar on September 5, aimed at promoting healthy living and encouraging community members to make informed choices about their wellbeing.
Pastor Stuart Banda, along with various church members, took part in the event, showcasing how to create different health remedies using natural ingredients.

The seminar highlighted the importance of healthy eating in fostering a lifestyle of wellness, with Faith Ndlovu, a member of the SDA Church, sharing insights on how nutritious food choices contribute to overall health.
“We need to eat whole foods that aid our body and mind. By showcasing how the benefits of good food can help people, we can help them,” said Ndlovu.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn practical ways to incorporate natural health remedies into their daily lives.
By hosting the Health Seminar, the Rosettenville SDA Church demonstrated its commitment to empowering the community with knowledge and tools for healthier living, reflecting the church’s engagement with issues of health and wellness in the community.
