Maronite Festival celebrates culture through dance

Belinda Auby’s Bellydancers and the Lebanese National Dance Group ‘The Dabke’ delighted audiences with vibrant performances celebrating heritage, tradition and community spirit.

The Maronite Catholic Church Festival was a vibrant celebration of faith, culture, and community spirit made even more memorable by the talented local dance groups who gave of their time and passion.

Belinda Auby’s Bellydancers captivated the audience with their graceful and expressive performances, showcasing the beauty and artistry of Middle Eastern dance.

They were joined by the Lebanese National Dance Group, ‘The Dabke’, who delivered a powerful and spirited performance.

Both groups are proudly taught and led by Belinda Auby, whose passion for dance and commitment to cultural expression are clearly reflected in her dancers.

Through her guidance, both groups continue to grow in confidence, skill, and appreciation for the traditions they represent.

Their willingness to share their talents added immense value to the festival and created lasting memories for all who attended.
