**Key Requirements:**
**Experience:** Minimum 10 years in a managerial role.
**Age Range:** 30 to 40 years old.
**Transportation:** Must have own transport.
**Physical Fitness:** Hands-on position requiring physical fitness.
**Organization:** Neat and proficient in paperwork.
**Punctuality:** Must be consistently on time.
**Shifts:** 12-hour shifts, 6 times a week. Rotating between day and night shifts weekly.
