What kind of questions do you ask yourself?

Asking questions stimulates your brain.

Questions are more powerful than answers. The quality of your question determines the quality of your answer. This means, a powerful question leads to a powerful answer, vice versa.

The science behind asking questions is that they activate and ignite different parts of the brain which improves one’s thinking. Thinking can be trained and sharpened by improving the quality of questions you ask yourself.

For an example, when you do something, ask yourself this question, “How is this making me better? How is this improving my life? How can I be a better person? How can I attract better things in life?” Good quality questions wake and excite the mind!

Science has shown that questions sculpt and shape the brain to get used to creating solutions to problems and situations you would like to manifest. Many people just make statements instead of questions. “I’m not good enough; I’m not talented enough to achieve my dreams and more.”

The brain has been shown again and again that it works like a muscle that gets shaped by how you use it. The brain is not a fixed entity, it grows structurally, which is in physical size and functionally which is about how it works. These all happen under the phenomenon called neuroplasticity. This is one of the ground-breaking discoveries about the human brain.

So, this means, start today by asking yourself different question that push you to think differently, you’ll be doing yourself a huge favour and growing your brain. Ask yourself a question like, “How can I be a better communicator?”

To answer this question, write down all the possible answers that come to mind without qualifying them. These may be things like: By reading stories and novels; joining the Toastmasters club near me; enrolling for an online course, etc. This is a sure way of training your thinking capacity.
