Huge thanks to JMPD

They kindly offered to move the bike from the M2, for which I was very grateful.

I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to JMPD officers for their assistance on April 15, at about 05:30.

I had just turned onto the M2 from the Mooi Street on-ramp, travelling from east to west, when I was involved in a collision with a car. My foot was pinned down and when I indicated that I needed assistance, JMPD officers quickly came to my aid and helped free my foot. They also took care of all the details, which I was unable to do because I was injured. They kindly offered to move the bike from the M2, for which I was very grateful.

By the time I was stretchered off to the waiting Netcare ambulance, I had piece of mind that all had been taken care of. Thank you to the JMPD officers for a job well done. Unfortunately I never got their names but I’m hoping they may read this and know who they are.
