THE City of Johannesburg will launch its Masondo Cup at AFEX in Johannesburg, April 10 and 11. The Masondo Cup has its origins in the Unbuntu Cup, which is a previous initiative of the City of Johannesburg Region F Sport and Recreation and started in 2005 in partnership with the Inner City Football Association with the purpose of discouraging xenophobia.
AFEX once again will be attended by Hon. Gert Oosthuizen, Deputy Minister, Department of Sport Recreation Arts and Culture. He will attend AFEX with his team and deliver the Opening Address in the morning on April 10 at the FNB Stadium
