Support Kobus Wiese’s golf day
Kobus Wiese Annual Charity Golf Day to be held for Forest Town School for learners with special needs

KOBUS Wiese, CEO of Wiesenhof and Dulce Café’s and of Supersport fame, has been the Patron of Forest Town School for over a decade, and he runs his golf day annually. The main aim for the golf day is to raise funds specifically for the salaries of educational and medical professionals and specialists essential to the operations of the many departments at Forest Town School.
All of this is aimed at providing every possible means to bring children with complex disabilities to their best potential. The school was the first in South Africa for special needs children and has served thousands of children over the last 69 years. About 350 children and youth between the ages of three and 22 years of age are drawn from a 60km radius around greater Johannesburg. About 75 per cent of the learner population is fee exempt or partially fee exempt and they receive everything we offer free of charge. The school is a registered NPO, PBO, Section 18a Tax Exemption and BBBEE registered.
Kobus has a loyal high-end following of corporate and sporting personalities attending the golf day. Shotgun starts at 11am and the golf day is set to take place at Glenvista Country Club on Tuesday, November 21. Book your place now and to RSVP or for more information contact Brigid Jaucot on 083 628 9107 or email brigid@wcholdings.co.za
