BESA Leadership Academy supports cancer fund-raiser

BESA Leadership Academy raises over R9 000 for Cupcakes of Hope.

Ciara Neumann, a Grade Eight learner at BESA Leadership Academy, initiated a drive at the school to raise funds for the NPO, Cupcakes of Hope, through hosting a ‘Cupcake day 4 kids with cancer’.

The campaign, which featured delicious cupcakes and some of the school’s very own super heroes, proved to be a resounding success, raising over R9 000 for Cupcakes of Hope.

“We would like to thank our learners, staff and families for their support, and we look forward to hosting another event soon,” said Clint Preddy, managing partner at BESA Leadership Academy.
