Fund-raiser to help save Nathan’s arm from amputation

The public is invited to a fund-raiser market day in aid of Nathan who needs his arm to be saved from amputation.

The community is invited to experience unlimited playtime at The Playhouse in New Market on May 1 and 2 from 10am to 5pm.

Have a blast at Alberton’s brightest indoor playground plus jumping castles, enjoy fun games, mouth-watering treats, loads of other goodies as well as arts and crafts.

The market day is hosted in aid of a fund-raiser for Nathan Nel who needs his arm to be saved from amputation. This will supplement the medical costs incurred by his family for his weekly physiotherapy and expensive therapy sessions.

Nathan’s father, Leonard, said: “We need to take Nathan to America for diagnosis and treatment help. His condition has been said to look like progressive osseous heteroplasia. Our medical aid will not cover any physical or mental health as a chronic illness.”

As publicised by BackaBuddy, their fund-raising target is R500 000, and they now stand at R113 990.38 and counting.

Both young and old are invited to have a wonderful time while attending for a good cause.

For admission, children will gain entry for R120 per child, while adults will gain entry at R30 per adult.
