Johannesburg Flying Squad recovers five stolen vehicles

Johannesburg Flying Squad members recovered five vehicles in different areas in Johannesburg from April 23 to 26.

This included a white Toyota Hilux and two white VW Polo vehicles that were stolen and a white Ford Focus and a grey Hyundai Accent that were hijacked from the owners.

Johannesburg Flying Squad communication officer Raymond Sambo said, “Investigation continues in all cases.

Working with the community led to these recoveries. SAPS appreciates the public for their contribution.

“It should also be noted that any information regarding the vehicles, people may contact the relevant detective. Quote the relevant case number.”
