Last chance for science exhibition

All public and private schools in Gauteng are still invited to enter the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre Science Exhibition.

All public and private schools in Gauteng are invited to the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre during the first school term.

Sci-Bono Discovery Centre Cynthia Sithole said with over 350 interactive exhibits science shows, their own planetarium and the BHP Billiton Career Centre students will experience science like never before.

“Schools which takes advantage of this promotion during March 10 and 14 will join our annual Mathematics Focus Week where students will be bombarded with all things maths through a number of workshops and exhibitions and also learn what career options are available to them in this field.

“Gauteng public schools pay no entry but that does not include transport to the centre and they must be part of a school,” she said.

Sithole said private schools will receive a 50 per cent discount valid until March 28.
