August 9 sees the kick-off of the first match in the English Premier League 2019/2020 season. The match will be played between Liverpool and Norwich City. Outside those two, Arsenal, Man United and Tottenham have all substantially improved their squads with exciting signings such as Aaron Wan-Bassaka to United, Nicolas Pepe to Arsenal and Tanguy Ndombele to Spurs. And of course, Chelsea has new management in Frank Lampard, but they are also serving the first of a two-year transfer ban.

Unbelievably, all of that is only the Top 6. There are so many stories to follow for Everton, Leicester and Wolves, those challenging for the Top 6. On top of all that, Newcastle are in a free fall and Sheffield United, Villa and Norwich are back from Division One.
