Simon Scorpion Ndyalvane bail hearing postponed

Court not ready to proceed with bail hearing.

The bail hearing of accused number 2 Simon Scorpion Ndyalvane in the murder case of Nathaniel Julies has been postponed by the South Gauteng High Court.

It was postponed to July 23 when all three accused will be appearing for pre-trial.

The judge who was supposed to preside over the hearing were not present.

The judge that was standing in mentioned that there are members that are on leave and postponed it to the same date as the pretrial.

Ndyalvane’s legal representative was not pleased and said outside court that this is unfair treatment on his client.

The accused will remain in custody.
