“We were blessed and honoured to be able to speak to the youth on various topics and how to tackle the challenges they face,” said Modisane.

A highlight of the day was the special recognition of Antoinette Sithole, sister of the late Hector Pieterson, whose legacy continues to inspire generations. The tribute served as a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by the youth of 1976.

The successful event calls for a better future for the youth.

The celebration was elevated by live performances from Khosikadi Mmatlala wa Mudau, Mkhulu G, Roccotole & The Green Leaves, and guest speaker Simz Right.
