Police in Kliptown are investigating a murder case after a woman was found lying in a pool of blood in Pimville Zone 1 on March 22.

Officers responded to the scene at about 11:50, where they discovered the victim with stab wounds to her upper body. She was declared dead on the scene by paramedics.

Police spokesperson Mpho Tshetlhane confirmed that no arrests have been made and that investigations are ongoing.
