Power outage hits Pimville, Soweto
Residents await an update after spending more than 15 hours without power.
Residents of Zones 1, 2, and 3 in Pimville woke up to a power outage this morning, June 4.
According to some residents, the power went off the previous night at around 11:30.

Clr Sebenzile Mabuza of Ward 22 in Pimville confirmed that a power trip was the cause of the outage and that the Technical Support Unit is on site working to resolve the issue.
“I am still following up with Eskom for the latest update,” Mabuza said.
