Varalakshmi Viratham celebrations

The Maha Kuttu Villakku Poojay will be performed when girls and women are encouraged to participate in this wonderful prayer.

It is requested that all devotees dress in attire appropriate for Drashan of the Lord.

Women should not attend dressed in trousers, dresses or skirts. Suitable attire includes Punjabis and saris.

Men should not wear sleeveless T-shirts, short trousers or any other dress that is offensive.

A strict vegetarian fast should be observed before coming to the temple and devotees should refrain from attending prayer services after having consumed alcoholic beverages.
