According to Captain Johannes Ramphora of the Springs police, there are two women people pretending to be Mr Price employees who rob people of their groceries and other valuables when going inside the shop.
Capt Ramphora says many people have been robbed by these women who offered to look after their plastic bags and bags, while they are in the shop, claiming to be the workers at the shop.
He said when the victim comes out of the shop the robbers have disappeared without a trace.
“Please do not trust anyone with your plastic bags and bags, rather ask for help from the security guard inside the shop,” warns Capt Ramphora.
