Three charities visit GWM

Three local charity organisations benefit from GWM donation

A family fun day and the launch of three new vehicles were held at GWM on Monday.

Children enjoyed themselves on the trampolene at the shop in Second Street, CBD, while their parents were looking at the new C30 1.5 VVT and C50 1.5 Turbo sedan’s, the SUC Haval H6 2L TCi Diesel and M4 Haval 1.5 VVT.

The owner Buta Dada handed over a donation to Sanet van Moerkerken from Springs & KwaThema Child Welfare Society and his sister Nashireen Dada Patel gave Debbie Miller from Springs SPCA a cheque worth R2 500.

Linda Burger and Alta van der Merwe represented Cansa and also received a R2 500 cheque handed over by Kevin Selvanathan.

A dance competition was held and won by Ebraham Rocker.

The musical chairs were fun with the representatives of the three charity organisations taking part, but it was Gulaam Hoosein Hajut who was the winner.

Lastly sales executive Yusuf Shaik handing over the keys of the M4 Haval to its new owners of Ebraham and his wife Yusmin Rocker.
