With October being around the corner and this month declared Breast Cancer Month, every woman has the chance to show she cares about breast cancer.

Participating in the #CheckyourselfieZA awareness campaign is as simple as sharing a photograph of your bra on social media.

With this you tell the world that you commit to doing a breast self-examination..

Post the photo of your bra, wherever it is, on Facebook or Twitter to show the world, or at least your circle of contacts, you did this examination.
