Ballet school hosts production

From Italy to Africa, was performed in the Springs Civic Centre.

The Sandra Gibson Ballet Academy held a ballet production of high standard, From Italy to Africa, in the Springs Civic Centre on Saturday evening.

With different types of dances the ballet dancers took their audience in one evening on a world tour, which ended in Africa.

With beautiful costumes and well-choreographed dances they went to places like Rome, Mexico, Egypt and Vienna before ending in Africa.

The choreography was done by Sandra Gibson and her daughter Genevieve du Toit.

The compére of the evening was Frikkie de Jager and the artists who performed were singer, Lisa van Biggelaar and Gareth Bertolani.
