Metro fixes New State Areas, councillor is impressed

The Ekurhuleni Metro has fixed many of the problems plaguing New State Areas following an article in the Addie.

It was reported in the May 28 edition, ‘Ward councillor speaks out on New State Areas’ state‘, how ward councillor Dean Stone bemoaned the state of the streets, lamp posts and park in the area.

Not long after this, council tended to the issues, and, according to Stone, fixed most of the problems.

“The road definitely looks much better and the metro has fixed the manhole in South Main Reef Road,” he says.

Stone is impressed with the metro and encourages them to continue with the good work.
