Stall holders bring your own equipment

As you start gathering your supplies for next week’s Wheels and Wings, stall holders should take note of the following:

The gates will be open from 6am for you to set up your stall.

Stall positions are taken on a first come first served basis and no stalls will be kept on your behalf.

Your stall must be set up and your vehicle moved to the designated parking area by 8.45am.

No cars will be allowed in the exhibition area thereafter.

Stalls must be packed up by 5pm.

You are responsible for the following with regards to setting up and running your stall:

• Complete preparation of your stand/stall.

• Setting up and taking down of the stand/stall.

• Providing your own materials for construction of your stand/stall including tables, chairs and shade net.

• Electrical power will not be available, power in the form of generators or gas must be supplied by stand/stall holder if necessary.

• Those running food stalls must submit a copy of their Certificate of Acceptance (COA) to Anna Robertson by no later than September 5 and you must bring the original with you to the event. Failure to have a COA will mean that you cannot trade at Wheels and Wings.

• Advertising in the form of posters/banners etc may be displayed by exhibitors at their own expense.
